Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, templates, guides, toolkits, and courses from Symphony Global Services are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund.

Issues with Your Purchase

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

  • You did not receive your download link
  • The download link is not working or has expired
  • The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • The product content is substantially different from what was described

  • Your PayPal transaction ID or receipt
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue promptly, which may include re-sending download links, providing replacement files, or issuing a refund at our discretion.
